- Chromebook
Per. 1 (8:15-9:09)
Learning Target: Students will be able to justify opinions using text evidence in collaborative conversations.
Review Freedom Walkers Ch. 3 to complete just the Freedman side of the comparison chart.
Per. 2 (9:12-10:00)
Learning Target: Students will be able to read and comprehend an autobiographical text.

Homework:
- Read 25+ pages and log on Biblionasium:
- Book title
- Page #s you read (p. ____ to p. ____)
- Big Thing that Happened (1-2 sentences: Who? What? When? Where?) + 1 question, prediction, inference, connection, visualization, or new word and how you guessed its meaning
- Finish all work on Classroom and StudySync.
Per. 3 (10:03-10:51)
Learning Target: Students will be able to collaborate on creating a commercial that demonstrates understanding of the three types of persuasive appeals: pathos, logos, and ethos.
Commercial Project (go to Classroom)
- Finish plan, script, and making commercial.
- Save from WeVideo into Drive and add to assignment on Classroom to turn in.
