Friday 2/9/18 – Math

  • math spiral
  • pencil
  • Chromebook

Warm Up – Number Talk #3: What is 0.52 x 789?

  • No calculators, talking or writing of any kind
  • 1 minute independent think time
  • 1 minute partner/table share
  • Whole class share (take notes on Classroom)

Expected – 9.3: Order of Operations, p. 251-254

  • Do 9.3 ISE (Do packet p. 251-254 while watching lesson and videos, then do orange and red whistles)

Learning Target: Students will be able to write an inequality of the form x > c or x < c to represent a constraint or condition in a real-world or mathematical problem and recognize that such inequalities have infinitely many solutions, which is why they are represented on number line diagrams.

  • Do 11.4 Quiz
  • Take Mod 11 Posttest when finished.

Homework:

EFinish everything on dashboard up to and including 9.3 ISE.

AFinish everything on dashboard up to and including Mod 11 Posttest.
