Learning Target: Students will be know the conventions of editing.
- Editing IAB
Per. 2 (9:12-10:00)
Learning Target: Students will be able to edit and proofread their own work before publishing.
- Add-ons: EasyBib, LanguageTool
- Edit your essay for capitalization, spelling, and punctuation.
- Proofread: Read your essay out loud with your partner. Catch and correct any final mistakes.
Homework:
- Read 30+ pages and log on Biblionasium:
- Book title
- Page #s you read (p. ____ to p. ____)
- Big Thing that Happened (1-2 sentences: Who? What? When? Where?) + 1 question, prediction, inference, connection, visualization, or new word and how you guessed its meaning
- Turn in final draft of Argumentative Essay!
