Write Homework in Agenda: 

E: Finish Mod 6, 6.1 ISE and 6.2 ISE on my.hrw.com. (Do Khan Academy/IXL lessons from Support column of Lesson 6.3 on the Unit 3 Study Guide.)

A: Finish everything up to and including 7.1 ISE on my.hrw.com.

In spiral, write today’s date (in a box) and lesson title:

E: 6.3: Using Ratios and Rates to Solve Problems

A: 7.1: Ratios, Rates, Tables, and Graphs

  • Open Unit 3 Study Guide and write down unknown vocabulary words for all previous lessons
  • Write vocab words in spiral and define with Glossary

Expected – 6.3: Using Ratios and Rates to Solve Problems

Learning Target: Students will be able to use ratio and rate reasoning to solve real-world and mathematical problems by reasoning about tables, tape diagrams, double number lines, or equations.

Learning Target: Students will be able to make tables of equivalent ratios relating quantities with whole number measurements, find missing values in the tables, and plot the pairs of values on the coordinate plane.
