Hi everyone, I’m so glad to see you sitting out there on this first day of school, Wednesday, September 9, 2009. If you are in Miss Nichols’ class for Period 1, you are in the right place! Please look for your name card to find your seat, get settled, and then read on while you are waiting for the next set of directions.

What is this thing I am writing on? This is our class blog, which will be the central hub of learning in our classroom.

What do I mean? Well, I will be putting lesson plans, resources, and information for you on here, and as we gather evidence of student learning, such as your works in progress and final projects, we will be publishing those here too.

So hopefully you have found your seat now and are ready to see what happens next!
