Distance Learning – Day 7

Note: My office hours are from noon-3:00pm Monday-Friday. You can email me with questions about the lessons. Screenshot the problem you are working on.

Today will be a catchup and IXL practice day.

1. Catch up on any assignments still on your my.hrw.com dashboard.
2. If you are caught up, click this link to go to IXL. Be sure you are signing in on the page that looks like this:

It will open to the Recommendations screen.

PART 1: Look to the right for “skills suggested by your teacher”. You should spend about 15 minutes on these. (More is fine!)

Per. 8 – Be sure you are doing math skills. (There are also language arts, but those are for later.) The ones with the pyramid symbol are math:

The ones with the book are language arts. (Don’t do those right now.)

PART 2: Click on Diagnostic:

Click “Step into the arena” and spend about 15 minutes (or more) doing diagnostic questions.
